DOBOTEX head office is located in ‘s-Hertogenbosch (the Netherlands) and our distribution centers are located in the Netherlands, China and Mexico City. We have several sales offices in Europe, Asia and South America. Currently we employ approximately 400 people.

The International Sales Support Representative is operationally responsible for a number of customers (foremost distributors and agents) within a specific international geographic sales area. You will be responsible for the order process and ensure optimal services and support towards customers and the internal sales team. Furthermore, you will support sales activities and driving the Dobotex business model in order to maximize turnover and profitability.



  • Ensure excellent services and support towards customers;
  • Monitor and manage the order process (from order to cash) and make sure products are delivered against agreements;
  • Gather, optimize and maintain market intelligence and customer information;
  • Understand the distributors pricing structure (from purchase prices to landed costs, selling prices and RRP’s);
  • Follow and monitor local currency exchange rates in relation to USD/EUR;
  • Analyze results and suggest actions and ways to further improve the business;
  • Cooperate and support the sales team and communicate opportunities for growth;
  • Be constantly critical about the way of doing business and pro-active for (new) opportunities;
  • Plan and prepare sales meetings together with the sales team in order to maximize the outcome;
  • Limited travel to visit markets, customers and be present at sales meetings is expected;
  • Debtor management.



  • Commercial experience developed in the Sporting/Fashion goods industry with a minimum of 3 years in a comparable position is a must
  • Excellent knowledge of each step in basic company processes (order to cash)
  • Knowledge of International trade conditions, incoterms, export procedures and documentation;
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or an economics/sales related field;
  • Strong team player with a solution focused approach and a high quality standard of execution and delivery;
  • Good communicator; Proactive and problem solving;
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English;
  • Analytical & Operational skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office; Knowledge of Navision is a pre.
